Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items

• Custom / personalized charm pieces (assembled to your design)
• Opened perfume charms
• Sale items and gift cards

Damaged or wrong item?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

How to start a return

Email us first at info@pureamor.com and we will send you a return label and instructions. Items sent back without a requested return cannot be accepted. Returns go to:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need extra time to post the refund.
